The aadukalam full movie tamil 1080p hd is a Tamil horror mystery thriller film directed by Bala and produced by Dhavani Thiruvadam. The film stars Vikram Prabhu in the lead role along with Anjali Nair, newcomers Gautham Karthik, Rishika Roshini and Shakthi Krishna. It released nationwide on 7 September 2012 to mixed reviews from critics. The film was dubbed from Telugu to Hindi as "Raaz 3" in 2016. The film has been in the making for over 3 years, with the director and producer unable to finalize a cast. Then producer Dhavani Thiruvadam was also a producer of several successful films including "Sivappathigaram" and "Saattai" under his banner Sivappathy Pictures. The director Bala initially wanted to make a film about an aspiring journalist, but the idea was later changed to a story set around a medical student after he watched a documentary on autopsies. The title "Aadukalam" was derived from one of Bala's earlier films which saw him portray different roles according to each season that he played in. The satellite rights of the film were sold to Sun TV. The film score and soundtrack were composed by Santhosh Narayanan who composed for "Rajapattai". The soundtrack, consisting seven tracks, was released on 17 August 2012 at Sathyam Cinemas. Lyrics were written by Na. Muthukumar except one song written by Madhan Karky. Behindwoods gave a rating of 2 out of 5 and said, "Aadu kalam is a movie which has some interesting parts in it, but not enough to keep you completely glued to the screen. We have to admit that the film is not as good as Bala's films from the recent past. The movie is definitely a mixed bag." musicraaga.com gave a rating of 7 out of 10 and said, "If you are a fan of Santhosh Narayanan's films, you have plenty to thank him for. The background score is appropriately placed and the songs are really good." Indiaglitz gave 3 out of 5 and said, "Overall Aadukalam is more of an experience than a movie. A brave attempt by Bala". The film received mixed reviews from critics who praised Vikram Prabhu’s performance but criticized the lack of story line. Sify wrote, "Thematically Mouna’s father is the antithesis of his younger son who is a medical student. Vikram Prabhu’s portrayal of the cold-blooded killer, on the other hand is an absolute delight to watch." Rajatkumar of The Hindu wrote, "Aadukalam is a film which has some interesting parts in it, but not enough to keep you completely glued to the screen. We have to admit that the film is not as good as Bala's films from the recent past. The movie is definitely a mixed bag. cfa1e77820
